Pricing FAQ

What counts as a 'notice'?
One notice = one PDF you upload. Whether the AI generates a Tier 1 reply, a Tier 2 document checklist, or a full Tier 3 legal submission, it counts as a single notice.
What happens if I exceed my monthly limit?
You'll see a friendly upgrade prompt when you try to upload. You can upgrade in under a minute and continue. Your unused notices don't roll over to the next month.
Can I change plans?
Yes. Upgrades take effect immediately and are prorated. Downgrades take effect on the next billing cycle.
Do you offer refunds?
We don't offer refunds for partial months. If your subscription is cancelled, you continue to have access until the end of your paid billing period.
Is there a setup fee or minimum commitment?
No setup fees. No minimum commitment. Cancel anytime — your account just downgrades to Free.
Do you have annual plans?
Not yet. Monthly only for now. We'll add annual plans with a discount once we have feedback from our first cohort of users.
Is my client data secure?
Yes. Notices are stored in your account and accessible only to you. We don't train AI on your data. All connections use HTTPS, and data is encrypted at rest. See our Privacy Policy for full details.
